How to Keep Your Eyelashes Curled?

Everyone is blessed with very long lashes. However, they also refuse to hold a curl for a full day. Mere minutes after people have finalized their look, the lashes begin to droop. The main reason your eyelashes won’t stay curly is that you're using the wrong technique to curl them. But the process that makes eyelashes curly is not complicated!
Below we will discuss how to curl eyelashes and keep them for a long time.
1. Start with clean eyelashes
Please be sure to keep your eyes clean before starting your eye makeup.
If you have mascara or grease left, please gently remove all makeup using a cotton pad soaked in micellar water to gently remove all make-up. (We recommend gently press a cotton pad against your eyes for a few seconds and slide it down a few times to remove mascara.)
2. Lift your lashes with a mechanical lash curler
As the first step to an all-day workout, curl your lashes with a traditional curler. Curling your lashes before applying mascara is the key, as curling late can lead to clumping and a dividing line of curling. The lash curler in “NEWI LASH TOOL STARTER KIT” on Appearanz will be a good helper for beginners!
If all of your lashes cannot fit into the curler at the same time, choose a smaller half lash curler. Starting from the inside corners, curl your eyelashes section by section in the same way.
Tips: You can try heating an eyelash curler with a hairdryer and then apply it to your eyelashes. Be very careful when using this method - if the curler is too hot, you run the risk of burning your lashes or the skin around your eyes.
So only use a hairdryer to heat the curler for a few seconds and use your own hands to check the temperature of the curler.
3. Apply the Mascara
After curling your lashes with a lash curler, apply some of your favorite mascara. Push mascara into the roots of your lashes and apply from the bottom up to help keep them curling. But please note do not apply too much, otherwise, it will make the eyelashes clumpy. Wipe away excess mascara with a mascara wand if applying too much. To keep your lashes curling, it is best to choose a waterproof formula.
4. Use an eyelash comb
As a third step, we recommend using a metal mascara brush for your lashes and mascara. This will help remove some of the excess ‘gunk’ from the lashes and distribute the mascara evenly across the lashes for a more natural eye look.
5. Apply false eyelashes
After curling up your own lashes, you can also try wearing false lashes to make your eyes sexier and curlier. The only trick is to choose suitable and high-quality products for your eyes. On Appearanz, you will find the right false eyelashes for your eye shapes.
